Overall it's not a multiclass that provides any real synergy. Hybrid builds let you explore, mix and match abilities to create your own custom character. Example: Clerics choose their subclass at level 1, Wizards choose at level 2, and Rogues at level 3. Multi classing specifically in bg3 CAN be much more powerful.
